• Virtual Currency Only: The Service operates exclusively with virtual points/credits ("XP", "Coins"). These credits have no real-world monetary value.
• No Payouts: You cannot exchange virtual credits for real money, goods, or services.
• Not a Gambling Platform: This Service does not offer "real money gambling" or an opportunity to win real money or prizes based on the outcome of gameplay. Past success in this simulator does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

4. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access and use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY

• The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., coins, points) that can be earned or purchased.
• You acknowledge that you do not own these Virtual Items. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service.
• Non-Refundable: All purchases of Virtual Currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Prohibition on Transfers: You are strictly prohibited from selling, trading, or transferring Virtual Currency to other users or third parties for real money.

6. USER CONDUCT You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate the simulation algorithms or exploit bugs.
• Engage in any behavior that could be interpreted as soliciting real-money bets.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included in the Service (text, graphics, logos, software) is the property of ONE WIN AS or its licensors and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws. The "One Win Tech" brand is a trademark of ONE WIN AS.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ONE WIN AS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of sports data or match predictions provided within the simulator.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
